How does Foxtrot Friends work?

When you shop with us, you'll automatically earn loyalty points based on how much you spend, and what tier you're on. You can then use those points to redeem vouchers to take a little off your next purchase - a little 'thank you' from us to you.
Do my points ever expire?

Your points will expire after 2 years of inactivity (activity = earning or redeeming points). Until then, they are yours to spend! Use them whenever you're ready for your next little home refresh.
How do I join?

Sign up here to create your account, or sign up when you're checking out, and we'll start adding points to your account straight away.
How do I check how many points I have?

Simply log in to your Foxtrot account, and your points balance will be waiting for you there.
Can I combine points from multiple accounts?

Unfortunately not. Your points balance is linked to your email address. Points and rewards can not be combined from other accounts.
How do I spend my rewards?

Once you redeem your reward using your Foxtrot Friends points, click 'Apply code' and your discount will be waiting for you at checkout, all applied and ready to go!
Are my rewards compatible with other discounts?

Yes! You can apply multiple discount codes to your purchase. Foxtrot Friends discount codes are compatible with other discount codes outside of Foxtrot Friends.
What can I earn points on?

You can earn points on all product purchases over $25. Points are not earned on freight charges or gift card purchases (but are earned on gift card usage).
Can I gift my rewards?

Unfortunately not. Rewards are linked to your email address and are not transferable.
